[edit] RTÉ longwave radio transmitter
I have updated this paragraph to reflect the fact that the transmitter is actually at Clarkestown (a.k.a. Clarkstown), some 11 km from Trim.
As the transmitter already has its own article – Longwave transmitter Clarkestown (which gives the technical details) – and as the nearest community to the transmitter is actually the village of Summerhill, I was wondering: do we really need this paragraph in the Trim article? Is the transmitter really perceived locally as being the "Trim transmitter"? -- Picapica 10:09, 9 November 2007 (UTC)
P.S. In the usual way, I found a part answer, at least, immediately after asking a question here. I see that in Atlantic 252 days, the station had studios in Trim – so perhaps the "radio paragraph" in the Trim article should concentrate on a reference to that, rather than to the radio mast itself? -- Picapica 10:21, 9 November 2007 (UTC)
