- I have contacted the editorial staff at Dell: they should be getting back to me on Monday regarding this. I'll let everyone know what they say. It won't be citeable, but if they tell me this is true, I won't dispute it.--uɐɔlnʌɟoʞǝɹɐs 18:38, 18 January 2008 (UTC)
- Just found a reference to Trigons dating from 1994 on Amazon.fr. The book was written by Dacker, supporting the article's creation claim -- anybody have a reference showing someone else created them earlier than this?--uɐɔlnʌɟoʞǝɹɐs 18:51, 18 January 2008 (UTC)
We have contacted Patrick Maropis of Dell Magazines to see if they have heard from SarekofVulcan and they reply [quote]"No, we have never been contacted by anyone, from this galaxy or any other!, about who created Trigons." We at Trigon Puzzles Ltd have regular contact with Dell Magazines as we are the supplier of Trigon Puzzles to them. We are the only makers of these puzzles which we hold the legal copyright which we vigorously defend. We are also the owners of the website http://www.trigonpuzzles.com which has been in existence since 2006 and sells e-books and flash games of Trigon Puzzles. (see reference Daily Telegraph http://www.telegraph.co.uk/connected/main.jhtml?xml=/connected/2006/11/11/dlnu04.xml ) These Puzzle books are also for sale on www.lulu.com the first copy being October 2006. http://www.lulu.com/browse/search.php?search_forum=-1&search_cat=2&show_results=topics&return_chars=200&search_keywords=&keys=&fSearch=trigon+puzzles&fSearchFamily=0&fSubmitSearch.x=326&fSubmitSearch.y=19 Obeonedos (talk) 08:40, 14 February 2008 (UTC)Lester Jordan
- Hey, it's not my fault the receptionist can't be bothered to pass on messages.--uɐɔlnʌɟoʞǝɹɐs 13:13, 14 February 2008 (UTC)
- Let's see if Will Shortz is any better about answering email.--uɐɔlnʌɟoʞǝɹɐs 15:28, 14 February 2008 (UTC)
