I have gone through the article and converted the statistics to prose, removing some of the perhaps less useful information and have put the article into sections etc.. Has it achieved the required standard, or should more be done to improve the article? Mouchoir le Souris 23:38, 21 July 2007 (UTC)
I have removed the sentences "The Guardia Civil routinely search vehicles in the middle of the road, rather than directing suspect vehicles to a designated search area, thereby causing an obstruction to vehicles behind (in contrast to the checkpoint at the road crossing between Spain and Andorra)." From Dispute with Spain section due to this not being true. Cars are pulled to the side for searching to allow others through.
