Carl Torsten Leopold Sylvan (born January 28, 1895 - died April 26, 1970) was a Swedish horse rider who competed in the 1924 Summer Olympics.
In 1924 he and his horse Anita won the silver medal with the Swedish eventing team after finishing ninth in the individual eventing.
