Thomas Willis (born November 4, 1983 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia) is an Australian football (soccer) player.

He last played as a goalkeeper for the Queensland Roar in the A-League competition. In his position as goalkeeper, Willis started 15 games for Roar in the 05/06 season, making 51 saves and recording 6 cleansheets. He recently has left the club and they have signed a replacement. He is notable for letting in a humouras goal, when a ball lobbed Sydney FC's Midfeilder Terry McFlynn he fell over backwards onto his own defender, bringing them both down, and the ball ended up bouncing into the net.

He represented Australia at the 2003 FIFA World Youth Championship.
