Tom Feeney (born 1974) is an Irish sportsperson. He played hurling with his local club Ballyduff Upper and with the Waterford senior inter-county team.

Tom Feeney was born in Ballyduff, County Waterford in 1974. He was educated locally and later worked with the EMC company in Oven, County Cork.

Feeney plays his club hurling with the Ballyduff Upper club in Waterford. He also played club hurling with the Sarsfield's club in Cork.

Feeney has also had some success at inter-county levels. he won a Munster minor title in 1992 with the Waterford inter-county team, however, he suffered the disappointment of defeat against Galway in the All-Ireland final. Feeney made his senior inter-county championship debut in 1995, and has been a regular in the full-back line of defence ever since. His major hurling honours include Munster titles in 2002, 2004 and 2007.
