Tim Bassett

Eugene Timothy "Tim" Bassett (born April 1, 1951 in Washington, D.C.) is a retired American basketball player.
He played collegiately for the University of Georgia.
He was selected by the Buffalo Braves in the 7th round (106th pick overall) of the 1973 NBA Draft.
He played for the San Diego Conquistadors (1973-75) and New York Nets (1975-76) in the ABA; the Nets (1976-77), New Jersey Nets (1977-79) and the San Antonio Spurs (1979-80) in the NBA for 473 games.
