Talk:Timothy O'Hea

What's "during the Canada"? Was this supposed to refer to some particular event in Canadian history? For now, I have changed it to "stationed in Canada" which would appear to be true even if there is some specific event supposed to be referenced here. Gene Nygaard 20:45, 22 Dec 2004 (UTC) Took out the bit about his memorial being in Danville, Queensland. AFAIK there is no Danville in Qld. Danville is the name of the Canadian town where he won the VC. --Affentitten 01:59, 29 March 2006 (UTC) Interesteing article, but I'm left puzzled. As the VC is awarded for gallantry " in the face of the enemy " how did he qualify? Emeraude 10:32, 30 October 2006 (UTC) -I read in Canadian Facts and Dates (3rd Edition, page 255) that O'Hea, "received the 1st Victoria Cross ever awarded for bravery that did not include the actual presence of an enemy." —Preceding unsigned comment added by 142.231.72.240 (talk) 21:52, 22 November 2007 (UTC)
