On what basis do you remove the factual, and (I think) useful and helpful infomration regard Other Images from the Kitsune page. It is NPOV, correct, and informative for those who may be interested in further protrayal of kitsune? Frankatca 17:20, 15 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] United States cities population

Can you do me a favor and find other cities that have population challenges and update them to maintain consistencey? There's likely more than one city that challenged the original releas. Thanks --Moreau36 17:27, 2 August 2006 (UTC)

Never mind. Update completed! Only St. Louis, Missouri needed to be revised

[edit] Lyon Village

In urban counties and independent cities, neighborhoods are treated as unincorporated communities hence Virginia being added to the end. In the case of Lyon Village, I'm sure there is another Lyon Village elsewhere in the United States so it is probably necessary to differentiate it from the others. Look at Virginia Beach, Suffolk, and Chesapeake. --Caponer 21:25, 5 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] AfD Nomination: Rest of Virginia

I've nominated the article Rest of Virginia for deletion under the Articles for deletion process. We appreciate your contributions, but in this particular case I do not feel that Rest of Virginia satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion. I have explained why in the nomination space (see What Wikipedia is not and Deletion policy). Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Rest of Virginia. Don't forget to add four tildes (~~~~) at the end of each of your comments to sign them. You are free to edit the content of Rest of Virginia during the discussion, but please do not remove the "Articles for Deletion" template (the box at the top). Doing so will not end the discussion. --Takeel 15:04, 23 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Eddy Curry Line

There's all of 165 hits for "Eddy Curry Line", with only 17 of them being unique on Google. The statistic fails WP:Notability and has failed to gain mainstream usage outside of Matt Buser. Discussion forums do not count as reliable sources. I could have simply speedy deleted it per WP:Speedy-Articles, Point 7, but instead I speedy re-directed it to Eddy Curry. Unless the statistic gains greater popularity and usage among other sports journalists, it's essentially non-notable. --Madchester 07:14, 3 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Straw poll

You expressed opinions on the reordering of Cho Seung-hui's name. Please vote in the straw poll on renaming him in Wikipedia here. --Dynaflow 06:43, 18 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned non-free image (Image:IRapcat.png)

Thanks for uploading Image:IRapcat.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. User:Gay Cdn (talk) (Contr) 14:22, 3 June 2007 (UTC)
