Thomas E. Dooley

Thomas E. Dooley is Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Viacom. He has served at this post since September 2006, and assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer in January 2007.

Mr. Dooley’s responsibilities include management of all of Viacom’s financial functions, including Mergers and Acquisitions and Investor Relations. He also supervises the company’s corporate operations, including Corporate Communications, Human Resources, Real Estate, Information Technology and Facilities Planning departments.

Mr. Dooley has also served on Viacom’s Board since January 1, 2006. He was Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DND Capital Partners, a private equity firm specializing in media and telecommunications investments, from May 2000 until September 2006.

Prior to co-founding DND Capital Partners, Mr. Dooley was Deputy Chairman of the former Viacom Inc., a predecessor of the Company. He was also a member of Viacom’s Executive Committee, and held the title of Executive Vice President, Finance, Corporate Development and Communications. He also served as a member of the former Viacom Inc. Board from 1996 to 2000.

After joining Viacom in 1980, Mr. Dooley held various divisional and corporate positions, including Senior Vice President, Corporate Development; President, Interactive Television; and Vice President, Finance, and Treasurer.

Mr. Dooley received a B.S. from St. John's University (New York City) in 1978 and an M.B.A. from the New York University Stern School of Business in 1984.
