You Hear Me?: The Underground Album is the second album by rapper Hurricane Chris released on Rap-A-Lot Records and distributed by Asylum Records on March 11, 2008. It includes unreleased tracks that Chris recorded prior to his hit album 51/50 Ratchet that included his mainstream hit "A Bay Bay".[1]

The Intro of this album is the same as the Outro. They are both 24 seconds of what sounds like a hurricane (hence the name Hurricane Chris).
