The Sportsman Channel is a cable network that only shows hunting and fishing programming. The channel airs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In June 2007, the channel was purchased by the InterMedia Outdoors Holdings group, a division of private equity group InterMedia Partners [1] [2].
The network is also offered through their website via online broadcasting or VDC.com, for a monthly fee.
The network publishes a free quarterly magazine, The Sportsman.
