The Paragon (Chinese: 百丽宫) is an upmarket[1] shopping centre on Orchard Road, Singapore.[2] It was redeveloped in the late 1990s, transforming it into a modern glass-covered building.[3] The decor has been described as "posh and sleek".[4] The 18-storey shopping centre was designed by Kumpulan Senireka Sendirian Berhad, a Malaysian architectural firm.[5]
The mall is currently embarking on a S$45 million makeover to update its building facade and increase retail space. The facelift, which began in January 2009, is expected to be completed by October 2008. The renovation is also in step with URA's call to building owners to create more interesting and unique building facades to enhance the vibrancy of Orchard Road. [6]

Anchor tenants include Metro and Marks and Spencer.[3] Diesel, Emanuel Ungaro, Escada, and Salvatore Ferragamo are some of the many stores in the shopping centre,[1] while Marks and Spencer has brands such as Alfred Dunhill, Crabtree & Evelyn, Fendi, Gucci, etc.[3] There are also Miss Sixty, G-Star, GAS, A/X Armani Exchange, United Colors of Benetton, and others located in the shopping centre.[4]
There are several restaurants in the shopping centre, ranging from the moderately priced Thai Express to Lawry's Prime Rib.[4]
The city ticket office for Singapore Airlines is also located in the shopping centre. Travellers can collect their boarding passes and advance check-in up to 48 hours before their scheduled flight.[7]
