"The Night Is Still Young" is a single by the rock singer Billy Joel released as a new song from his greatest hits album Greatest Hits - Volume I and II. It is the second new song, the first one being "You're Only Human (Second Wind)", which peaked at #9 on the US charts. This single peaked lower at #37. This song is featured in Disc 2 (1978 - 1985) of the album.
The video for the song features mainly the story of a man who has gone on a business trip leaving his wife behind.
