The Cross-Harbour (Holdings) Ltd (formerly The Cross-Harbour Tunnel Company Ltd, traditional Chinese: 港通控股有限公司, formerly 香港隧道有限公司) SEHK: 0032 was the operator of Cross-Harbour Tunnel from 1965 to 1999.

Founded in 1965, CHHL owned the Cross Harbour Tunnel up till 1999 and then on a management, operation and maintenance contract with the Government of Hong Kong for a period of four years between 1 September 2002 and 31 August 2006[1].

CHHL holds a half share of the company which controls Autotoll, and holds 37% (minority) stake in the Western Harbour Tunnel Company Limited,. It also has a 70% stake in the Hong Kong School of Motoring[1].

CHHL's major shareholder is Y.T. Realty Group Limited SEHK: 0075 and Chairman Mr. Chung Kiu Cheung.
