- He authored a popular casebook in his field of law - I believe he passes the notable professor test; the fact that he is the MLB arbitrator for disputes between teams, agents, and some of its most noted players (Curt Schilling, Darryl Strawberry, Sandy Alomar, Jr.) is also significant.
