- I've been wondering what the current ratings are. I haven't seen any numbers since early June which means they are down. The week after Rosie O'Donnell left the ratings fell 14%.

Several months ago Rosie and Joy alluded to Bill O'Reilly's sexual harassment lawsuit. This is what happened next according to Rosie at rosie.com:

[edit] Barbara Walters deceiving the public about ratings
Barbara Walters is internationally known for being deceptive, saying one thing although meaning something completely different. Recently she has been going around telling others that The View's ratings are even higher than last season. We know that is a lie. When tv shows are rating leaders they share that information. In the 06-07 season they released their ratings for every month. The week after Rosie O'Donnell left Barbara Walters announced that the ratings had increased from the week before when in fact they plunged 14%. She then announced the ratings for the first two weeks of the 07-08 season saying they were higher than last season. The first week's ratings were actually lower while the second was higher. - I've modified the tag to OR as that's the main concern that should first be addressed by sourcing, then, based on sources, can be adjusted for any remaining POV concerns. If still no sourcing is introduced then the section can be re-purposed. Benjiboi 22:24, 27 January 2008 (UTC)

Will someone please inform Elizabeth that true debate offers new information instead of continuing to bring up the same old stuff. Does she never have an original thought that is not inserted into her head from information other than the Republican Party. Please help her.
