I believe work needs to be done on this article to bring it in line with the WP:NPOV policy. In my opinion, the article either needs to be given a less misleading name, and focus it as an article about the actual report (which in turn may or may not have suitable notability) OR the article needs to offer a balanced view of the economics of nuclear power (generation) which could cover typical construction, running and decommissioning costs (with reliable citations). This is an article about the Greenpeace Report entitled "The Economics of Nuclear Power", not about the general topic of Economics of new nuclear power plants.
