This article was created by a CPS student a few years ago, thus the glowing prose. I have since updated it and maintained the statistics. As the school librarian, I know that the optimism is not necessarily undue, but I will attempt to re-edit for bias, and also correct the grammatical errors that were left when the last editor changed the wording.
