[edit] Background/productions

Various productions are alluded to, but the information is missing (for instance the original London production). I added a synopsis section. With respect to Eliot's lecture criticizing his own work, what did he say about it? I didn't think these two sentences should have their own heading. If we add a critical reception section with information about what the critics said about the play, or some critical analysis of the play, then Eliot's own criticism can be moved down into that section. From what I can see, the critics basically said that the play was overly long, flawed, but contained some great writing. Best regards, -- Ssilvers 21:32, 1 May 2007 (UTC)
