Here are some tasks you can do:
- Copyedit: Target Corporation, Wal-Mart - to be used as an examples for ideal page structure
- Cleanup: T.J. Maxx reads like advert; see talk page discussion
- Expand: Store manager, List of articles on project page, image gallery on project page, Hypermarket (history section), Category killer - This is very US/Canada centric - Ikea exists elsewhere, too.
- Stubs: Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market, Archer Farms, ClearRx
- Other: Department store - discriminate between itself and Discount store. Category killer - If a Category Killer dominates its area, why are there many stores listed per category? There should be clear criteria for when a store is included, otherwise this just becomes an advertising page.

There was a Thalhimer's in the Friendly Shopping Center in Greensboro, NC for some years. It was replaced by a Hecht's. I don't know when it opened or what year it was replaced. Songflower (talk) 06:15, 19 November 2007 (UTC)
I noted the Friendly Center location on the location list. It was originally Ellis-Stone and located where Harper's Restaurant is now. It opened in 1958. In 1970, it relocated to a larger location within the shopping center.Stevenswain (talk) 02:45, 27 November 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Different logo?
The script logo shown on the page now may or may not have been replaced with a different logo sometime before the buyout. I frequented the Thalhimer's in Cary, NC, which opened a year or so before the buyout, and that's not the logo I remember seeing. Even so, I would not know where to find it. --Jnelson09 (talk) 04:58, 1 March 2008 (UTC)
