Talk:TeXCAD

The Wikipedia droids want to delete this page and possibly merge it with LaTeX. a) to delete it would mean that there would be no Wikipedia entry for this tool. b) Read the LaTeX discussion; the tools section was deleted a long while ago. VerityBlunt (talk) 08:45, 30 November 2007 (UTC)
- Hi, Verity. First I would like to say that I too am concerned about the notability WP:N of this subject. There has been a notability tag on this article for a month now, and there are still no assertions of notability, nor are there any independent reliable sources in the article. I concur that a move to some sort of list might be a good idea, but I disagree with a move to LaTeX. Second, I urge you not to call your fellow editors droids. This is rather uncivil. The best option would be to find independent reliable sources, and assert notability of this tool. If no independent reliable sources can be found, and the notability guidlines can't be met, we can see what other options there are. Martijn Hoekstra (talk) 11:23, 30 November 2007 (UTC)
