Okay, uh, I'm not entirely sure what to say on the subect of whether "Testament" is his birth name or was given to him after he became a Gear or what. Anyone know better than me? Yar Kramer 17:30, 20 May 2005 (UTC)

I doubt it's his real name, but there's no way to know for sure. However: Is that whole Kliff's-son thing really canon? Because I could've sworn that was a fan-rumor. Digital Watches 18:52, 20 May 2005 (UTC)
Uh, actually, Kliff says it right out in his GG ending. Testament calls him "Dad" right before the fight with Justice, and then after Kliff beats Justice, the have a conversation about it, to the effect that Testament actually revived Justice specifically so that he could give his dad one last shot at fighting his arch-enemy. Sort of. Yar Kramer 01:35, 21 May 2005 (UTC)
Oh, okay. Never was much of a Kliff buff, myself. Heh.
I think that this may be canon, but Testament's name before was maybe Tesu, and then became Testament when he became a Gear. I also have one thing to dispute...I'm not so sure the PWAB turned Testament into a Gear...wasn't it Justice?-gemini-
Never heard the name "Tesu" before. Lemme check the transcript of GGXX's story modes I got from GameFAQs before ... Nope, here's the dialogue:
Slayer: The organization that turned you into a Gear.... It's starting to function again.
Testament: ...You're kidding me! I thought the Postwar Administration Bureau was taken apart.
Looks clear to me. --Yar Kramer 01:32, 21 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Category

Should I put Testament in the "Video Game Villains" category? I can see how it could go either way ... Yar Kramer

Maybe. I'm not sure. It's hard to see any of the guilty gear characters as flat-out villains.
... okay, now I'm trying to figure out how not to see I-No or Justice as flat-out villains. Yar Kramer 04:27, 6 Jun 2005 (UTC)
Yeah, the "Kill All Humans" bit kinda makes Justice and Testament hard to sympathize with ;P RTL 28 June 2005 05:02 (UTC)

[edit] High-Level Tricks/Bread and Butter.

I'm trying to add in higher level tricks to the gameplay sections of these articles (See: Grave Digger Loop), but I'm only good at a few characters, so anyone who plays competitively, feel free to step in and add stuff like that.

Um, I don't really think it's a good idea to go into that much detail about how to play the characters, since Wikipedia isn't a FAQ. --Yar Kramer 16:09, 16 April 2006 (UTC)
I see your point. Alright, I'll only detail things that are bread and butter like this, and not go into it too much. If you think even this is too much, go ahead and delete it. Digital Watches 19:55, 16 April 2006 (UTC)
