Teresa McGovern [Teresa McGovern Center] an alcohol & drug rehabilitation facility located in Madison, WI. She is also the subject of the book "Terry: My Daughter's Life-and-Death Struggle with Alcoholism" (ISBN-0452278236) by George McGovern.

Teresa McGovern, 45, died of exposure Dec. 13, 1994 in Madison after a 30-year battle with alcoholism. She had been in and out of alcohol treatment programs since moving there in the 1970s.
She had moved into a new apartment the day before her body was found behind a printing shop on Williamson St. following a bitterly cold night.
