Teo Ser Luck

Teo Ser Luck (simplified Chinese: 张思乐; pinyin: Zhāng Sīlè, born 8 June 1968) is a Singaporean Member of Parliament (MP) for Pasir Ris-Punggol GRC. He is also the Parliamentary Secretary for the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports.

Teo became an MP in 2006 after the 2006 general elections, a six-man People's Action Party team, of which Teo was part of, contested Pasir Ris-Punggol GRC and defeated the Singapore Democratic Alliance with 68.70% of the votes.

In March 2008, Teo was promoted to Senior Parliamentary Secretary (MCYS), and was given the appointment of Senior Parliamentary Secretary (Transport).

Teo is an old boy of Victoria School (VS) and attended Nanyang Junior College after VS. Teo is also the incumbent President of Old Victorian Association, which is the alumni association for Victoria School and Victoria Junior College.[1]
