This page needs to be re-named Teachers (Comedy Drama) - it is widely accepted that the programme was comedy-drama rather than a sitcom. The BBC and Channel 4 classify it as such.

Well spotted, I've moved it to Teachers (TV series). --Commander Keane 12:01, 25 September 2005 (UTC)

[edit] 4 or 5 seasons?

In the opening paragraph, it notes that channel 4 says that it would not continue after the 4th Season, the character listing only go up to 4 seasons. However 5 seasons of original airdates are there, as does it say that all 5 series are out on DVD. I think some continuity is needed here. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.193.60.36 (talk) 20:30, August 25, 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Christmas special

What was the Christmas special? The date referenced (21 December) doesn't indicate the year, so it's unclear where it is set chronologically in the Teachers timeframe. Also, was this included on any of the DVD releases? Essexmutant 13:23, 12 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Another Title Change

There is a new American sitcom with the same title - Teachers (US). Time to change this to Teachers (UK)... --relaxathon 16:39, 14 February 2006 (UTC)

Good point. I've just moved it from Teachers (TV series) to Teachers (UK TV series). I expect the new American show be located at Teachers (US TV series).--Commander Keane 16:49, 14 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Stephen?

Anyone know what Stephen's surname is? He's a supporting character from series 1, the one Simon lives with for a very short time (a single night, IIRC?) after moving out of his dad's place. I was thinking of adding a character description to the page. Nova Prime 07:57, 11 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Donkey

there was often a donkey in the school, was this a reference to grange hill? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 217.42.118.16 (talk) 00:01, 22 March 2008 (UTC)
