The purpose of a Talent Platform is to eliminate the need to purchase multiple, costly systems that do not communicate well with each other. This saves both time and money required for training users and upgrading the system.

Comprehensive integrated talent platforms may cost several hundred thousand dollars to millions of dollars annually.
