Takahisi Fujisawa (born 7 February 1943 in Yoichi, Hokkaido) is a Japanese ski jumper and Nordic combined skiers who competed during the 1960's. He won a silver medal in the individual large hill competition at the 1966 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships in Oslo, becoming the first Japanese to medal at the World Championships.

1968 Winter Olympics, 26th in Individual normal hill, 18th in Individual large hill.
1972 Winter Olympics, 23th in Individual normal hill, 14th in Individual large hill.
