Taťána Kocembová (pronounced [ˈtacaːna ˈkotsembovaː]) (born May 2, 1962) is a retired 400 metres runner who represented Czechoslovakia. Her greatest achievement was the 1983 World Championship silver medal in a personal best time of 48.59s. She also won the 1984 European Indoor Championships.
