It is not certain if he graduated or not from Lund University. On his biography it is stated that he performed studies. The MBA from Fairfax university has recently been questioned in media for being a fake diploma.

"He studied at Lund University and holds an MBA at the unaccredited Cayman Islands based Fairfax University."

I seem to understand that FU was located in Louisiana, USA when he got his grade from them. It seems that it should either be "Fairfax University, USA" (name & location at the time of his graduation) or "Fairfax University Institute, Cayman Islands" (current name & location). No he didn't graduate at Lund. His CV at the Swedish government's home page says: "1988-1991 Business Administration and Economics,Lund University. Major in Economics (Macro). BA thesis on independent central banks."

It does not state that he has a Bachelor's degree (which is true as he does not have one), only that he has written a thesis which might have lead him to recieve a degree if he had taken all the necessary courses. My guess is that he has choosen very carefully wording to appear to have a Bachelor's degree to a casual reader. Or as someone on a forum phrased it: Only a person that is unhealthily suspicious and cynical does not perceive his academic merits from Lund as a Bachelor's degree. 81.227.0.152 00:43, 1 October 2007 (UTC)
