I have moved the article "Chief, Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED)/Surgeon General of the U.S. Navy" to "Surgeon General of the United States Navy" to bring it into conformity with the format of the articles on the other service Surgeons General. "Bureau of Medicine and Surgery" now relocates here (& can stay that way until someone does a separate BUMED article). BTW, it is lacking an intro section.
