Super Suppers is a food preparation franchise operation based in Fort Worth, Texas, United States. It specializes in providing space for families to prepare meals ahead of time for freezing and cooking at home. Franchises exist in 38 states in the United States.

The concept of Super Suppers is to give busy families the opportunity to prepare home-cooked meals ahead of time. Each month a twelve-item menu is made available throughout the chain. Someone can come in for a public or private session to prepare these meals. All required ingredients are provided. The standard session provides all twelve meals from that month's menu for around $200 USD. Each meal serves six, a typical cost of $2.78 per serving.

Super Suppers was created by Judie Byrd to meet demanding needs of busy families who wanted to have quality family time at dinner.
