Dragon Ball Z: Super Saiya Densetsu (ドラゴンボールZ 超サイヤ伝説 Doragon Bōru Zetto Chō Saiya Densetsu?, Dragon Ball Z: Legend of the Super Saiyan) was the first Dragon Ball Z video game to be released on the Super Famicom console, and was only released in Japan. This game was an updated version of Dragon Ball Z: Kyoushū! Saiyajin and Dragon Ball Z II: Gekigami Freeza games for the Famicom, but the board system which limited the characters movement was removed. The player can now move freely. It was the only card battle game on the Super Famicom.
