Sunrise is a New Zealand breakfast television program. It airs from 6.30am to 8.30am Weekdays on TV3. It is hosted by Carly Flynn and radio host James Coleman.
Sunrise, as well as new midday bulletin 3 News at 12, first went to air on Tuesday, 2 October, 2007.
Sacha McNeil presents news bulletins every half hour and TV3 sports reporter Rod Cheeseman presents the sports news.
Josh Heslop presented weather from an outdoors location, and former TVNZ reporter Ali Ikram also does live reporting for Sunrise.
