[edit] Additions

I have completed the game and added some information about the plot, but I fear that much more will cause the addition of spoilers to in-game plot revelations.HoundofBaskersville 01:27, 5 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] This article was in poor shape

I have done my best to clean it up and keep pertinent information (at least, that which was salvagable) in the article but it still needs some attention. It is notable in the sense that the first game in the series was a PS2 North American launch title as well.

I have not personally played any version of the game but I am tempted to look for the first title on a bargain rack somewhere just for the purposes of giving this article the proper treatment. If someone already well versed with this game beats me to it then all the better. 63.233.18.30 19:04, 16 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Another version

I think it's important to add Mac OS to the list of platforms as I know the game was ported to Mac. I can't edit that column though.

[edit] Merge Dungeons and Dragons (sketch) to this page

This article isn't that big, so adding the sketch info would help to flesh it out. Also, I don't know that the sketch is really notable enough in it's own right to merit a separate page. How does one establish notability for sketch comedy anyway? --GentlemanGhost 00:25, 11 February 2007 (UTC)

I'm not sure that Summoner would be the best place to merge this into. It would be like merging the song Knights of the Round Table from Monty Python and the Holy Grail into Lego because the song was used with Legos replacing the actors.--Miguel Cervantes 16:16, 11 February 2007 (UTC)
The sketch was not originally part of Summoner, and those looking for just the sketch who had never known it was part of Summoner (like myself) would probably be confused. Atron 15:20, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
Strongly agreed. The Dead Alewives track predates Summoner by a long shot. Merging would be the closest thing to criminal negligence I can think of here on Wikipedia. -- RoninBK T C 21:36, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
Disagree with Merge. I found it because of the Dead Alewives, and only found out that someone added video from Summoner much later. Hewinsj 15:52, 31 July 2007 (UTC)
Disagree with Merge. The two articles are thoroughly unrelated. Pyrosim 04:43, 12 October 2007 (UTC)

It really needs its own page. I'm sure at some point someone will post a transcript or something.

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Summoner.jpg

Image:Summoner.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

[edit] Character Page

Considering that several of the characters carry over to the second game, and there are many more to add yet (the gods, Sir Carados, Pijian, etc.), perhaps creating a seperate page for the characters may be a viable course of action. I would be interested to hear if anyone else would be interested in such a project. HoundofBaskersville (talk) —Preceding comment was added at 01:45, 2 June 2008 (UTC)
