[edit] Page move

The link cited as the reason for the page move, Wikipedia:Naming conventions (schools), is only a proposal, not policy. I think unless there is another Summit High School in Oregon (there isn't), the city name doesn't need to be added to the qualifier. This was the established naming convention and one editor suggests such usage (state name only in qualifier) on the proposal's talk page. I won't revert the page move until the proposal is accepted, but that's my two cents. Katr67 10:08, 25 July 2007 (UTC)

That section of the guideline has gained consensus, the parts under debate are about how to disambiguate schools on the UK and around the world. The section on naming in the US has consensus. Adam McCormick 16:32, 25 July 2007 (UTC)
