[edit] Merge

The news media spells this "green blood" disease "Sulfhemoglobinaemia". I also checked a couple medical dictionaries to confirm. However, there is a similar Wikipedia article that spells it "Sulfhemoglobinemia".

Are the two articles really talking about the same thing?

American Heritage has it spelled one way: Sulfhemoglobinemia

Biology Online has it spelled another way: sulfhemoglobinaemia

I would think a medical reference would have greater authority.

Is it possible the difference is one spelling may be about a condition and the other spelling be about a disease?

Need help here.

I am aware of no difference between the two. I support the merge. WhatamIdoing (talk) 01:36, 14 December 2007 (UTC)

I don't see any significant differences between the two. I support the merge as well. Scraimer (talk) 11:56, 2 May 2008 (UTC)
