Suihua

Suihua (simplified Chinese: 绥化; traditional Chinese: 綏化; pinyin: Suīhuà) is a prefecture-level city in Heilongjiang province of the People's Republic of China. Shuihua is about 100 km from Harbin. Suihua is in the southern half of Heilongjiang.

Suihua is affected by poverty in a degree that clearly is more than average among Chinese cities.
