Hegang (simplified Chinese: 鹤岗 traditional Chinese: 鶴崗; pinyin: Hègǎng; also known as Haoli) is a prefecture-level city in Heilongjiang province of the People's Republic of China. Hegang is a city within a coal mining area and has a population 754,000 (third of Heilongjiang).
