"FHI purchased Isuzu's interest in the venture in 2003 for $1 as that company's sales faltered." I find that hard to believe... It's possible, but $1?!? I'm going to do some searching but it does seem as though a few extra digits have been left off. -- Greaser 03:44, 23 November 2006 (UTC)

It is hard to believe but that is what the press release said. All 1,227 shares (49%) of SIA were transferred to FHI for U.S. $1.00 --Yasobara 04:02, 20 July 2007 (UTC)
