Studio Ekran

Studio Ekran (or T/O Ekran - Tvorcheskoye Obyeduneniniye/Artistical Joint Ekran) is a Russia's (Soviet Union's until 1991) film and animation studio, including Multtelefilm and Soyuztelefilm. As a matter of fact the animation studio rivalled Soyuzmultfilm.
Aleksandr Tatarskiy's Pilot studio was started from Ekran.
