Talk:Stichting INGKA Foundation

This claim is too controversial to leave uncited:
In practice, however, its purpose is largely corporate tax-avoidance and anti-takeover protection for IKEA.[citation needed] --AndersFeder 01:22, 17 June 2006 (UTC)

Anyone doubting the character of a tax avoidance vehicle, please look at the funds payouts and investments. The amount of money spent on charity is neglibile, this foundation just serves the IKEA founders family. --User:anon 2007

The economist article is rather scathing appears to imply most of that however I did not re-add it as I feel it needs to be reworded as it's just an opinion (even if one that's very likely to be true) Nil Einne 18:02, 24 June 2006 (UTC)

There has been a spam email circling the web saying ppl have recieved a donation from Stitichin INGKA. It is a fake. Should this be added?? Plz see http://www.ikea.com/ms/en_CA/about_ikea/email.html

How can a stichting (foundation) also be a Besloten Vennootschap? Why would this be called Stichting + foundation? That makes no sense, certainly not since it is actually called "Inter Ikea Systems b.v.".

I corrected that. See also IKEA.--Patrick (talk) 09:52, 1 May 2008 (UTC)
