Stephen Perry Norman is an Australian.
His parents are Richard Perry Norman and Pamela Kay Norman (nee Hawkes). His great-grandfather was Thomas A. Perry, the Chief Mechanical Engineer in charge of the Mildura Power Station in Mildura, Victoria, Australia. Stephen attended primary school at Ballam Park Primary School (Prep - 6) and secondary school at Woodleigh School (7 - 12), completing his VCE in 2006.

Stephen was born on the April 7, 1989 at Frankston Hospital. He recieved the Perry name after his father's middle name (Perry) which was his grandmother's maiden name (Evelyn Scott Perry) His interest in ICT began practically from age 4 when he used his first computer, an Amiga 500. From then on Stephen became an amateur programmer creating basic programs on the Amiga and moving to Microsoft Windows1 applications in early 2000. Stephen now creates basic Windows1 applications.

Stephen Perry Norman is the oldest child in his family of four. His parents are Richard Perry Norman and Pamela Kay Norman (nee Hawkes). He has a younger sister, Tahnia Elise Norman. Stephen's grandfather, Cecil Salisbury Norman was a Flight Sergeant with the RAAF during World War II, recieving the Distinguished Flying Medal for his service.
