[edit] Major Problem with SHS standardized testing section

I was just looking through the article, and I noticed some weird figures in the Standardized Testing Section, that listed percents such as 70%, 10% and 40%, which I knew to be wrong from looking at the rest of the article. Looking back, I noticed that this edit was done by someone called "Libertyville", and they had made several vandalism edits in the past, and their talk page shows a history of this. I suggest some action against this individual, and I suggest that the page be watched more closely, this was up for almost a year.

Well, fix it then. You can't take action on WP:AIV (which is meant for immediate vandalism) on an edit that's a year old, and the editor otherwise seems to have made quality contributions most of the time. Assume good faith; perhaps the editor mistyped or copied the numbers wrong. But don't take an issue like this to the vandalism notice board, especially something that's been up this long. Thank you.
