Lieutenant-General James Steve Lucas, C.M.M., C.D. (b. 24 February 1952 Toronto, Canada) was the commander of the Canadian Forces Air Command and Canadian Chief of the Air Staff until 2007.
In 2001, he was made a Commander of the Order of Military Merit.
