Stephen Norris Capital Partners is a private equity firm who according to their website[1] specialise in co-investing with other private equity firms and working on leveraged buyouts. They recently came into the news as a potential buyer for the troubled SCO Group. Not much is known about the group although Stephen Norris was one of the founders of the Carlyle Group[2].
