The Stark County Sheriff's Office is a law enforcement agency which serves Stark County, Ohio, U.S.A.

The Stark County Sheriff is Timothy A. Swanson, who has held office since 1999. The first sheriff was Joseph McGuin, who held office from 1809 to 1811.[1]
