Stadtprozelten is a town in the district of Miltenberg, in Bavaria, Germany. It is situated on the right bank of the Main, 8 km northwest of Wertheim am Main.

Stadtprozle, as it is known to its inhabitants, is 751 years old. A traditional, mainly Catholic village, it is bordered by Faulbach on the east, Dorfprozelten on the west and by Neunbuch on southwest.
