Just a note for the cleanup process that Wikipedia should not be making any nutritional recommendations, because Wikipedia is not a doctor and this would not be NPOV in any case. Any third-party recommendations that are reported should be well-referenced and evaluated with regard to the consensus opinion of medical professionals.
