[edit] Specific power: 2 watt/kg cell phone or mobile phone limit "SAR"

I've read that cell phones aren't allowed to output more than 2 watt/kg. I don't understand what that means. The reason I searched for the "w/kg article" was to find this out. So an example would be useful , what w/kg really means. Anyway if there is no reply , maybe I'll do some research in the future and add to this article an example section.
